Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH)  Investigation Update.

In 2006 two women complained to the RIDOH that Gary Blier suggested they visit a mercury free dentist
to evaluate the possible impact of toxicity in their bodies.  This opened an investigative file at RIDOH.

The file laid dormant for two years until Thomas MacDonald, a Kentucky resident and owner of Lymeblog,
called the RI DOH and said that he felt strongly that Gary Blier was practicing medicine illegally.   Though MacDonald
had never been a participant of Immune Response Training, he has dedicated a good part of his internet
presence to discrediting Gary Blier, the Immune Response Training process, and all lyme sufferers who have
posted positive results from the program.  His biased prejudices aren't based upon personal experience
and therefore could not appear in person at the RIDOH to make formal complaint as is required.

Blier and attorneys met with the head doctor and chief prosecutor of the DOH on a volitional basis in March of
2008 to determine if any prosecutable violations of law were at play in the IRT process.

DOH concerns and findings.

                   DOH Concern                                                        Finding

1.  Are products being sold for curative purposes.     No products are sold. No violation.

2.  Are fraudulent claims made?                                   No fraudulent claims are made.
All reports are made by clients.

3. Are any licensable medical procedures                   No.  All medical is referred out to doctors and
    performed?                                                                  dentists.

4. Are proper disclaimers on materials?                      Yes.  All disclaimers are properly posted.

5. Have medical lab tests been ordered                       No.  Evidently some alternative clinics have
fraudulently from medical testing labs?                     been doing this, but not by Gary Blier.

The doctor at the meeting informed Gary Blier that all concerns around mercury fillings had been debunked
by recent medical findings.  Gary Blier was also informed that one of the dentists who was referred had lost his
license in RI.   The patient was unable to make an appointment with this dentist, as the practice had been sold.

Expectations.

Attorneys for Gary Blier were satisfied that no prosecutable violations are practiced. No remedial suggestions
to correct impropriety were made by DOH. Rhode Island law has a provision for ‘unlicensed medical providers’
and none of the guidelines have been violated.  The practice of Immune Response Training involves speech,
the printed word, thought, teaching, focus, meditation and prayer.  These are unlicensable practices, inherently without danger,
and no licensable medical practices fall into these activities.  Blier’s attorneys expect that the government regulators
responsible have been satisfied and the investigation will be closed.
